I’m very pleased with flowers that have been sent- and flowers only, the photo and description was containing golden/ yellow papers in industrial newspapers and amber ribbon. flowers have been delivered in brown paper and brown ribbon - and it was very feasible that it didn’t make The effect I wanted. For the price payed I was expecting excellent service but received average. Definitely there is a room for improvement.

Due to this situation of Covid 19....me and my partner are seperated by 5000 miles ...due to her being native Chinese and me from Europe. Because she went home to Shenzhen for few months and me wanting to follow her this situation stopped us! 6 months seperate and finally.I found a way to surprise her!. The website is legit ams delivery and service is outstanding! Fresh flowers as promissed! Ordered online and I took only few hrs. Amazing service.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I know I was told that the flowers will be delivered on Mother's Day, but I never thought it'd be this late because my mom didn't receive her flowers until after 9:00pm on Mother's Day. And when she received them, the flowers looked totally different than the picture as shown on the website. My mom loves red roses and lilies so I ordered 33 red roses with 3 pink lilies for her but instead she received some white and pink roses with some random mixed flower in a basket. I understand there could be a shortage for the flowers during special holidays, but at least the customer should be informed if that's the case. Not happy with the whole experience.
