This is my 5th time I have used this company and this time they have exceeded ALL expectations. I ordered Roses early for Valentines Day, fearing a rush. The roses were delivered beautifully but unbeknown to me the recipient was off work because of the virus (because she had travelled). So the roses were left at her work but she was not allowed back there for another week. Chinaflower214 then arranged for a replacement bunch of roses to be sent to her home the next day. Delivery is fast. Very good send in within a day of order but item send and description on web page is slightly not the same. I ordered a 11 red white roses which said that come as a soft toy bear. But I have check with receiver. There is no bear.
