4000lm away but service was fast and efficient

I was a little scared of it being a scam, but fortunately it was just as promised. Not only the flowers but the delivery process. They called my recipient just to know about their availability, the delivery was the next day and it all went okay. Even the letter was written by hand. Just one thing. They have to add a label or something to the flowers so the recipient knows it is for them. My recipient had to call me because they went to pick it up in the reception, and the flowers were coveres by a bag (to protect them) so they didn't know who was it for.

Delivery was easy to set up especially when providing the address in Chinese. The flowers delivered were truly beautiful and a complete surprise to my girlfriend.

Set the delivery time for the next day, flowers received on the next day. Real fresh flowers (this is important). I could have ordered this on a chinese app like Taobao. But many of the listings are either fake flowers or dried flowers. The pricing here is also not too much more in comparison. Gave 4 stars because the actual flower arrangement wasn't as nice as the picture. Other than that, highly recommend this website if you're after fresh flower arrangements.
