1.I don't know the recipient's address, Can I order?

Yes. But you need have the recipient's phone number, then we can call and get the address.
If you have a scaned image of recipient's name card or address information in Chinese, then just place order and send the image to our email. If you have only recipient's email address, then just place order and write to us 'send email to get address'. Just let our customer service(by Live chat, email or phone call) know what information you have, and let us do the rest for you.

2.Can I input the address in Chinese?

Yes. We are local Chinese company! You can type Chinese address, Write Chinese greeting message to recipient and more.

For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.

Yes, we do, but we cannot guarantee Sunday delivery in all regions and town across the country. If Sunday delivery is critical, contact us before or after placing your order online to see if we can help.

Yes. Please write requests at Request Form when placing order. but not more than 20 characters in English, not more than 10 characters in Chinese.
