I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I know I was told that the flowers will be delivered on Mother's Day, but I never thought it'd be this late because my mom didn't receive her flowers until after 9:00pm on Mother's Day. And when she received them, the flowers looked totally different than the picture as shown on the website. My mom loves red roses and lilies so I ordered 33 red roses with 3 pink lilies for her but instead she received some white and pink roses with some random mixed flower in a basket. I understand there could be a shortage for the flowers during special holidays, but at least the customer should be informed if that's the case. Not happy with the whole experience.

My mom in Hangzhou received the flower basket and she's very happy to receive the flowers. THANKS!!!!! Unfortunately, I meant to send the basket to mom for Mother's Day and wrote the note Happy Mother's Day (in Chinese) included in my order, however, the flower basket was delivered with a "Happy Birthday" card on top of the basket. Her birthday will be in August, so it was a bit surprise for my mom to receive the gift this early. Regards. Fan

Flowers was nice, and delivered. I want to complain time delivery. Marked in order evening delivery 18:00 - 20:30 because my Partner was in Hospital morning. But delivery was early morning, so I was very unhappy and flowers was left with my Partner approval in office, nearby home. Kindly please improve this delivery option you have provided.

The delivery was made in time. However, the following problems were found: 1. The 12 pink roses ordered WERE NOT included in the delivery 2. The vase is very small (such small vase should NOT be so expensive 3. Brocken flowers were included (at least 6-10 of them have no stem at all) We are so disappointed for your service. Please make correction or refunds as soon as possible.
