It was deliverd at 7 pm. instead of during the morning

The description said only 130cm but when my parents received it, the height is 180cm. Can you change it to 130cm? 发财树有点太高 网上说只有130cm 但实际上是180 可以换吗？谢谢

I’m very pleased with flowers that have been sent- and flowers only, the photo and description was containing golden/ yellow papers in industrial newspapers and amber ribbon. flowers have been delivered in brown paper and brown ribbon - and it was very feasible that it didn’t make The effect I wanted. For the price payed I was expecting excellent service but received average. Definitely there is a room for improvement.
