I ordered a TerryBear and 12 Roses package. I email ahead asking if it's possible to change the 12 Pink Roses to 12 Red Roses and the reply telling to add on the comment before paying/checkout. So I did what I was guided to do. Following is what I wrote on as request and I can't believe they actually type all these instructions on a piece of paper and sent it with the flowers. This is just embarrassing to say the least!!!!

Chinaflower214 is the best option to ensure our loved ones in China are happy on the special days. It is more convenient and easy way to organise particularly when we are outside China. They do make some delay in delivery by couple of hours on busy occasions, but considering the vast china and population, this is the best what they can do.
