I placed an order to be delivered to a friend in Shanghai while I was in the U.S. I made a mistake on my order info and the mobile site would not allow me to make the necessary changes. I had to let her know that I had placed the order and give her the information so she could contact them to make the necessary change to be able to receive the order. Surprise was ruined. But she did love the flowers and all of her coworkers were asking all kinds of questions. It turned out very good in the end.

You are charging me more money to deliver flower on Valentine's Day, and yet till 9pm, you have not deliver anything yet. Also, you send me a email saying that the flower has been delivered on 9.06pm. I called my wife straight away and she says nothing has been delivered to her. Why are you lying!! I want a refund please!!!

The flowers my wive received seems like it has been leave water for days. It was black at the edge not so fresh at all. Don't think it will last more than 2 days. Really not like the high quality service they used to provided.

I specifically requested a delivery between 12-18 pm. But the actual delivery was made around 10:00 am, causing great inconvenience to the receipts that and disturbed them. This is not good at all and may affect my future use of your service. Disappointed.

This is the 2nd time I'm using the site for sending gift to my loved one. And it delivered amazingly well. Everything was as it was displayed in the photo. The gifts reached her exactly on time.
