I was beginning to get concerned about China Flowers 214, because they said they delivered my flowers, but my girlfriend did not receive them. They said they tried to call her, but she did not receive a call. Then they tried to deliver a 2nd bouquet, and said they called her all day. They finally were able to deliver the 2nd bouquet, and we finally figured the mystery out. First, my girlfriend's phone was not receiving calls from them for some reason. It was the fault of her phone; not the delivery person or the company. Second, and this is really crazy, her roommate received the flowers 2 weeks earlier! She didn't read the note on them to know they were from me! So China Flowers 241 was right all along, but they didn't complain about delivering a 2nd bouquet of flowers. They maintained that "the customer is always right" even when this customer was wrong! I WILL DEFINITELY USE CHINA FLOWERS 241 AGAIN!

Order a heart-shape box of roses with a mini teddy bear and paid USD5 extra for the Premium Packaging, but upon delivery realised that it is exactly the same packaging as the ordinary one. Therefore pls be advised not to be tricked into paying the additional "Premium Packaging" because you will simply feel totally cheated.

Having never ordered flowers to be delivered in China I was nervous about doing this, however this company have not let me down. Flowers were delivered on time and from the photos from my daughter looked beautiful. Thank you very much and I won’t hesitate to use you again!

It was a long and questionable journey but my the birthday gift I ordered finally made it. Due in part to the tenacity and attentiveness of your representative named Sken. Please fix your app so it handles orders from international visa cards more smoothly. Paypal asked for my paypal info up front and then again at final order time. Some how we both must have gotten confused. I was trying to follow the process correctly but paypal took the money twice. Later they canceled one as a suspicious activity and finally after 24 hours approved the payment and the order thankfully was delivered even though not at the original time I requested. I also got a notice from paypal that my taxID had been changed. I don't know what yours or their software did to send that alert, but it scared me so I brought it to their attention. I think everything is safe and secure. I would have appreciated a live chat person when i needed them to resolve the problem. It was after your live chat hours though. When i tried again during hours i got no response before I gave up. Then because I sent an issue with my email, phone, and wechat ID, Sken contacted me on WeChat and we discussed options and resolved the problem.

The day after I ordered they got delivered! Fast and reliable :) I am a happy man!
