But most important is the customer service. My most recent order arrived before my friend landed in China. ChinaFlower214 reported they could not deliver because the Chinese phone was not active. When you are thousand miles away from home in another continent, only way to express your feeling to your loved one is to order a cake or flower on line, but then you worry about if it will get delivered on time or the quality of the product is as good as on the internet picture. Why I need to pay that much for just flowers? Just like that I can buy flowers by myself. If you deliver something you should deliver with the message I give you! Not just ignore it!
