China Flower 214 gave me a wonderful experience overall. Even when I made my order at around 5 pm in the evening Sydney Time, the flowers and gifts were delivered to my girlfriend the same day in Changchun. It made her extremely happy as there was a surprise element attached to it. I note that the quality of flowers and gifts were also top notch. Was almost 12 hrs late but finally delivered

Wanted to make a present to a friend of mine who lives in China, whereas I reside overseas and have never been to China, nor do i speak Chinese. This website provided clear and avoidable service and instant delivery, very many thanks! ^^ will recommend it to my friends.

Call many times no replies alr suddenly went silent .. is this a scam.. do resolve before I conclude.. my time chosen was 830 morning and now is 5 plus alr

The website is in $ and English so was easy to navigate, although it took a while to work out how to use the PayPal option. I requested a Friday morning delivery to a business, but annoyingly the flowers were delivered in the evening after office hours and the recipient didn’t receive the wilted flowers until Monday morning when she returned to work. I emailed the service dept with my complaint but didn’t hear anything back. I won’t use this company again.

Quality of roses and other plants is not good. Had to throw away a lot of the flowers. Delivery man did not call before arriving. In general, my girlfriend was very disappointed and because of that so am I. This company is a crapshoot as to whether it will turn out good or bad. The price is very high for poor quality and poor service.
