The first time i used their service was in 2018 when I was courting my girlfriend. Each time I sent flowers to her, the order was always accurate and the delivery was always on time as I asked. They never missed, After we got married in Canada and I needed not to send flowers to China anymore. But 4 months ago she went home to visit her ailing mother and to cheer her up, I sent her flowers using the info on my old account. Upon delivery, the Sales Centre text me for an extra US$5.00 for the delivery and I was a bit confused because they never asked that before. I didn't know when they called my wife about the delivery, she asked the driver to send the flowers to another address instead of to her home, it is to the hospital. I don't live in China so i have no idea of the area. While I was still trying to get more information, my wife sent me a picture of the flowers. She told me my mother in law is in the hospital and the flowers just come in time to cheer them both up. I am glad I use their service again. And I will again........Thank you.

I wanted to send flowers to a friend starting a new job in Shanghai. The ordering process was easy, and the communication from the site was excellent. They sent an email at every step in the process. The flowers were delivered within 24 hours, and the photo from my friend looked almost identical to the photo on the website. I was very pleased and will likely use them again.
