I am very unhappy with your services for the following reasons: 1. You delivered the flowers without my message. No message, nothing at all. There is no impact in receiving the present. Please check your message system. Did you not receive my message? 2. The flowers look stale and are definitely not fresh. 3. I did not expect cheap Ferrero Rocher chocolates. These were not the chocolates on your picture in your website. 4. I thought I ordered deluxe packing. It certainly does not look like deluxe. 5. I am terribly disappointed.

I have sent a bouquet to my flower and the roses were not fresh. there were already dead rose petals. So i am not satisfied with todays delivery. gave 2 stars because the delivery was done within few hours.
