I only give 2stars because of the on time delivery and the correct note. Unfortunately the bouquet was in a disarray and complete mess unlike the photo on the web. I used the service before and it was ok taking into account that it is China, but not this time. I suppose another reason behind could be the various suppliers contracted.

Delivery didn't arrive on her actual birthdate but only because I was not able to give them the exact name of the building. 2nd attempt to deliver after two days. The flowers were lovely. I've ordered from ChinaFlower214 before and had a great experience. The flowers that arrived were gorgeous, stayed perky for a surprising amount of time, and I was very satisfied with the purchase. However, this time, the red roses that came were already brown upon arrival. Less than 2 days later, they are also wilting faster than I've ever seen any roses wilt. It was definitely not a fresh batch of flowers. The service was quick and pleasant on the website end, and I was intending to use this site every Mother's Day, but with the quality this time around, how can I be sure that future orders won't be just as disappointing? There's no reason for paying a premium price for brown flowers. If it's a problem on the local florist end, a thorough quality check should be done to make sure that fresh flowers are being sent out using the ChinaFlower214 name.

I had ordered last year from ChinaFlower214 and it was wonderful. This time the flowers were wilted and the delivery person apologized profusely for the poor condition. There were much smaller number of roses and NO deluxe packing as I ordered. I am very disappointed but at least the flowers arrived at 8 pm on Mothers Day. May be too many orders for Mothers Day.
