Customer Reviews
Never known to fail or disappoint. Dependable service
- A Al***Thank you so much for excellent service. My daughter, currently living in Ningbo China, was so surprised to receive fresh flowers, beautifully packed on her birthday. We live in South Africa and the online booking was easy and simple. Very pleased and we will surely make use of your services again.
- Este***Hi I ordered flowers for Valentines Day for my Girlfriend who was visiting in Beijing. I ordered "Feelings Resonates". Valentines day came, she received a call from the delivery company as to when the flowers will arrive. The flowers did arrive on time, they looked great, just like the picture, good quality roses. The only hitch, there were supposed to be 36 roses and she had received only 32. Not a huge deal, but considering I was paying for a certain amount of roses, I am disappointed that she did not receive what I had paid for. Thank you, Richard
- rich***I am very pleased with this company and their high quality flowers. I ordered my arrangement right as the Shanghai quarantine began. The company emailed me to let me know the delivery would not occur as scheduled. As soon as the quarantine was lifted they delivered the flowers within 24 hours. My son and daughter-in-law were thrilled to receive the gorgeous bouquet. This is the second time I have used this company for flower delivery in China and I trust them and will continue to use their quality services. The flowers are always of good quality and last a long time.
- Mary***Flower delivered and well received. Beautifully arranged as shown in picture and the roses are fresh. Thank you.
