1. Cake for pure hand-made products, will be master craft, seasonal fruit or raw ingredients of different styles affect the appearance of the finished products, mainly to the actual shipment of goods.
2. If some materials is not available, we would use close substitute. It may have some difference between the real products and the picture that displaying in our webpage
3. A set of knife, fork, tray, candle is free when order cakes (please note the quantity of candle). The sale price is including the urban delivery charge.
4. Be sure cake is refrigerated to preserve the best taste reward for a period of three days, please eating in three days.
5. Order 24 hours before delivery. In special holidays, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Spring Festival and other important holidays, our shop can not deliver the cake or gifts.
6. These products have their own substitution policy: only use premium and similar substitutes.

I only give 2stars because of the on time delivery and the correct note. Unfortunately the bouquet was in a disarray and complete mess unlike the photo on the web. I used the service before and it was ok taking into account that it is China, but not this time. I suppose another reason behind could be the various suppliers contracted.

We guarantee flowers in fresh and service in good quality. If not or we are not able to deliver to the recipient's place we will return 100% money back.
For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
Remind
The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
We support same day delivery in most place. In non-holiday you can order the delivery time. We can deliver to the recipient as quickly as in three hours.In holiday and festival we only can guarantee delivery in the day.
