Customer Reviews
Thank you for your service. Delivery on time. beautiful flowers
- Iuri***I made an order from the USA to be delivered to a very special person in China. Not only was the ordering process perfect, but the flowers and delivery were perfect as well. Thank you so much!
- Brya***A bit worried since it was my first delivery with them. But everything went smoothly. Will purchase again. Only disappointed item was the cake. But overall very good experience. 👍🏻
- Dani***Thank you ! I am very satisfied with the delivery, also about the diversity of the flower bouquet! i recommend you from all my heart!
- Radu***The process of booking online was easy and the qualities of the flowers delivered was acceptable. However, after adding an extortionate 33USD surcharge for Valentine’s Day, taking the total to around 105USD, the company failed to deliver the vase that should have come with the flowers. They also failed to deliver my personalized message to my loved one. This was very disappointing as there was no personalized touch and my partner had no vase to put the flowers in. I feel cheated out of my money and expect the company to provide a partial refund to account for the failure to deliver the whole product.
- DOMI***I chose this cake to send to my fiancé, the shape is in a heart. He was surprised and very happy. Thanks Flower214!
- Lina***chinaflower214 service was excellent. I planned to have flowers delivered to my financee the day she returned from travel but I entered the wrong delivery date (a day too early) and she wasn't home to receive them. I contacted Chinaflower214 to see what they could do and they arranged for her to pick up the flowers the next day. I am very grateful for the service since the problem was my fault.
- Paul***This is my second time using Chinalove214 and it would be my last. First of all, I was very disappointed when I found out that there was no card with sender’s Name attached to the delivery and also there were only 11 roses, instead of 12. Please be honest with what you do in this life, it means a lot. Thank you!
- mich***Great company to deal with very order always on time. Very nice gifts and.good price. Thanks very much. Jurgen
