3. A set of knife, fork, tray, candle is free when order cakes (please note the quantity of candle). The sale price is including the urban delivery charge.
4. Be sure cake is refrigerated to preserve the best taste reward for a period of three days, please eating in three days.
5.Order 24 hours before delivery. In special holidays, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Spring Festival and other important holidays, our shop can not deliver the cake or gifts.
6.These products have their own substitution policy: only use premium and similar substitutes.

the Cake was good quality. the fruit on the top of cake and cake itself are really fresh. the delivery is as promising-fast and in time, but the deluxe package and handwriting on the cake were weird, which doesn't serve it for the purpose-THANKS. when we order, we didn't write any information regarding Romantic story and birthday's information. I was wondering where comes from "Romantic heart" and "Happy birthday". Would you please make a beautiful card for the information we left in the order and do not make a note on the paper instead? which doesn't show any respect for both way.

Dear ChinaFlower214 Team, I ordered flowers in your shop 4 times over the last few months. So far I have been very happy with all my orders. The service is always good and fast and flowers were always delivered on the scheduled day (although sometimes earlier then requested). Most importantly my girlfriend seemed always very happy when she received the flowers. Unfortunately quality of shipped flowers was not always very good (as advertised). When talking to my girlfriend today she asked if I ordered in the same flower shop again, because some flowers are almost dead again. This was news to me, since she did not tell me about this before. So today she told me that all 4 times there were some or many almost dead flowers when she received them. Because my girlfriend did not want to badmouth my presents for her she only told me today. I would appreciate if you could take care of this issue in the future. Since I have been super happy with your service in general and since it is difficult to find a trustworthy online flower shop I am willing to give you another chance and will thus order with you once again on the next occasion. We guarantee flowers in fresh and service in good quality. If not or we are not able to deliver to the recipient's place we will return 100% money back.
For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
Remind:
The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
We support same day delivery in most place. In non-holiday you can order the delivery time. We can deliver to the recipient as quickly as in three hours.In holiday and festival we only can guarantee delivery in the day.
