Been using this service for a while. Products look great and are delivered on time. Be aware that contacting customer service is practically impossible. I tried to cancel an order and pick a different product, but every time I got no reply to my emails, their chats were offline, and only on the last day somebody finally answered the phone. By that time it was probably too late to make any changes anyway. I expect a much better customer service for the price.

Your website display flowers should update to more trendy style instead of the old ones..

I order flowers for my Wife. I wrote a long message there and they just deliver flowers without the paper. My Wife don't even know who send those flowers. Why I need to pay that much for just flowers? Just like that I can buy flowers by myself. If you deliver something you should deliver with the message I give you! Not just ignore it!

Thank you for your help with delivering flowers. I didn't know the exact address, but customer service called and managed to know it by themselves. A little misunderstanding with additional flowers, but it's ok. Good job.

I got the refund for the missing Teddy Bear. I am disappointed with the services. It means a lot to my friend that she gets this Teddy Bear for her valentine's day.

I’m very pleased with flowers that have been sent- and flowers only, the photo and description was containing golden/ yellow papers in industrial newspapers and amber ribbon. flowers have been delivered in brown paper and brown ribbon - and it was very feasible that it didn’t make The effect I wanted. For the price payed I was expecting excellent service but received average. Definitely there is a room for improvement.
