Second time I have used chinaflower214 their customer service is impeccable they call you right away if they can't get ahold of the recipient so you can make other arrangements to get the delivery there, they are always on the ball and they still got the delivery there at the requested time. will use them again and again thank you

Yes, they promise prompt service and even charge you more for it. But what I got was a beautiful bunch of Roses (33 to be exact) that wilted and died because the courier left them at her front door when she didn't answer. My instructions were to deliver to her neighbor if no one was home. That never happened. So when she finally got home the flowers we 2 days without any water or anything (because the courier never followed instructions). Next time I will find another florist who actually delivers the flowers to a real person, not just a doorstep.

Thank you very much for delivering flowers to my daughter in Beijing yesterday. The delivery was done with extraordinary persistence and professionalism. I did not have her address in Chinesee characters and was nervous about the English address being understood. The delivery driver and one of the head office staff went to great lengths to ensure the delivery was successful. On top of that the flowers were beautiful. Great service!
