This is the second time I have used China Flower214. I am in the USA, with friends in China. I do not speak Chinese. The web site is in English, and very well done. But most important is the customer service. My most recent order arrived before my friend landed in China. ChinaFlower214 reported they could not deliver because the Chinese phone was not active. I explained the situation and asked for patience. ChinaFlower214 followed up and made the delivery. This is a wonderful service, internationally aware, providing outstanding care and attention. They marked my order as delivered but the recipient never received them. When I sent them an email, they called the RECIPIENT and apologized to THEM saying they did not have time because of the workload today. So if I had not said anything, they would have just taken my money and not done anything. This is really poor service.
