I paid additional to request for a morning delivery. to my surprise, right up until 5pm today, the flowers did not get delivered. I was not informed about this at all and my girlfriend works from 8am - 5pm. This was why i requested morning delivery. At 520pm, when my girlfriend was on her way home, then your delivery man called her. She had to go all the way back to office despite already being on her way home. I am really disappointed with the delivery service and time consciousness of this company. Last year, you delivered the flowers on the wrong date for my girlfriend too, which made her almost fell out with me and scolding me heartless for remembering her birth date wrongly. And not even a year has passed, this happened again. I really doubt the trustworthiness of your company. Really disappointed

As a first time customer looking for a reliable and reputable Flower shop in China, I must say, as an oversea resident residing in Canada, I was kind of skeptical about ChinaFlower214 at first and like others after reading numerous reviews, I've decided to place an order of 66 Valentine roses to be deliver to GuiZhou in China for Feb.14th/18. Not only did she received it in the morning on Valentine's day but she was blown away, not because of the surprise, but more because of how beautiful those roses were and she even took a video and sent it to me to see.
