I am currently located in the US. I have used your service to deliver flowers overseas to my family in China for many years. I feel that the quality of your flowers is not as good as it was before. Your company used to be called "Annie Flowers", now you have a name change to "China Flower 214". Is this because a change of ownership? I think the flowers I ordered from " Annie flowers" were much better and fresh than what you are providing now. Maybe you should check with your suppliers for quality. 你们公司原来名字叫做“Annie Flower”， 我觉得那个时候花的新鲜程度和质量都比现在好。不知道你们是换了股东还是换了供货商？最近的花质量好像下降了，送到就不新鲜了。以前一束云南玫瑰可以开一周多，现在基本都开不开。不知可否改进一下？ Thank you very much!

Dear ChinaFlower214 Team, I ordered flowers in your shop 4 times over the last few months. So far I have been very happy with all my orders. The service is always good and fast and flowers were always delivered on the scheduled day (although sometimes earlier then requested). Most importantly my girlfriend seemed always very happy when she received the flowers. Unfortunately quality of shipped flowers was not always very good (as advertised). When talking to my girlfriend today she asked if I ordered in the same flower shop again, because some flowers are almost dead again. This was news to me, since she did not tell me about this before. So today she told me that all 4 times there were some or many almost dead flowers when she received them. Because my girlfriend did not want to badmouth my presents for her she only told me today. I would appreciate if you could take care of this issue in the future. Since I have been super happy with your service in general and since it is difficult to find a trustworthy online flower shop I am willing to give you another chance and will thus order with you once again on the next occasion. I wanted to send some flowers to my girlfriend in China, so I googled and found this company. Bit of a dip into the unknown but they provided an excellent service and kept me informed along the way. Would definitely use again. My girlfriend was very happy .... And so am I !!

I found them online and I'm blown away by their excellent service. The beautiful colorful bouquet was delivered on time as promised. I will be placing many more orders! I love them!
