My girlfriend showed sent me a picture of her with the flowers and showed me on Skype. They look very beautiful. Really nice pink roses. I could almost smell them from here. Very well presented too. I asked many times why my last order cost 34 USD instead of 28USD without any explanations! for plain packaging! The roses were not beautiful this time, I ordered peach colour, but they were all different shades and some of them were fresh and some of them were not. I always order from your company but this time you really disappointed me by extra charges and bad quality of service and product

I ordered some flowers and chocolate for my girlfriend which both were really expansive (in the end even more than it was stated) and ordered in time delivery for extra 10 dollars so it would be delivered at 9am. It got delivered at 1pm and before that they called like a hundred times and were really annoying. I also had problems the last time so I would not recommend to buy anything here.

delivery on time. The bouquet is good in quality, but: the deliverer was nervous and rude. shouted into the phone. after this behavior my girlfriend had only bad emotions The third time I order a bouquet on this site. if next time will be the same --- I will not order more here.
