For valentine I offered roses to my girlfriend. The 33 roses was accompanied with two teddy bears. unfortunately the two bears were girls. I think for valentine if a boy or a girl is sending a bouquet the bears should be a couple i.e a girl and a boy. Not 2 girls. apart from that the service is perfect and delivered as scheduled. I have to give this company 5 out of 5 for their standards and performance.Today is Chinese valentines day,i didn't really know about it so i was panicking when i found out.It was already pass midday, I quickly came and ordered the flowers but on the order page there was a statement saying orders for the day have stopped even if you order now there is a chance it will not be delivered on this day but the following day.Knowing this i still had no choice better late than never. I sent the customer service an email asking them to please deliver it for me today,just trying my luck.They responded very quickly and told me they are processing the order and it will be delivered today.The ordered was then delivered within 3 hrs of me ordering.I am very impressed with the speed of delivery.I have used this company before but never on a tight deadline.This will be my go to company for flowers sent to china from now on.

Had no problem ask for a delivery two-three hours later and it was done and the quality was there. I recommend
