Was expecting light blue roses with a fresh green motif (as shown in the picture). Instead we got depressing dark blue *painted* roses with dark green leaves. Also, strangely glittery for some reason. :-( We reached out to the flower shop and they said that's what the website asked for. I have been unable to get support from the website via the "live chat" option, and the website phone number doesn't work either.

I have ordered flowers 6 times and had good results 3 times and bad results 3 times. In one case the flowers were junky and my friend was offended. They resent with another florist, but the damage was done. On the most recent order, they used the card from my previous order. Small mistake, but I wanted it to say Happy Birthday on her Birthday. I sent three emails and never got a response as to how they would resolve this. They never did. I am trying again next week. My 7th order in the last 6 months Last try. If the flowers, card and delivery are not accurate, this will be my last time to use this service. Please keep your fingers crossed for me. It seems like a roll of the dice whether everything is right or not.
