It is hard living half a world away from my son and his wife. It brings us such peace to know we can connect with them by sending them flowers on special occasions and China Flower 214 has always done a wonderful job. Most recently I had forgotten to update my son's new address. When no one was home they called him and he was unable to answer. They then went above and beyond and texted him. When he told them of the address change, they re-delivered the flowers to him promptly that same morning! This is a first class operation and we will continue to use them to stay connected to my son. I have used this delivery service 4 times in two different cities. I can't praise them enough. They are fast, and the flowers and cakes and packaging always looks like the photo! I am always impressed. This time I asked to change the roses from red to pink. And they did! It was perfect. And I have to say, there is something really fun about ordering a same day delivery in a country thousands of miles away from me. What a great world, and a great company. Thank you China Flowers 214.
Good service. Beautiful bouquets. But, it is difficult to contact the service. They don't respond well. There is no chat. The old site. But during the delivery of the bouquet. They give you joy.

China Flower 214 gave me a wonderful experience overall. Even when I made my order at around 5 pm in the evening Sydney Time, the flowers and gifts were delivered to my girlfriend the same day in Changchun. It made her extremely happy as there was a surprise element attached to it. I note that the quality of flowers and gifts were also top notch. Was almost 12 hrs late but finally delivered
The website is in $ and English so was easy to navigate, although it took a while to work out how to use the PayPal option. I requested a Friday morning delivery to a business, but annoyingly the flowers were delivered in the evening after office hours and the recipient didn’t receive the wilted flowers until Monday morning when she returned to work. I emailed the service dept with my complaint but didn’t hear anything back. I won’t use this company again.
Call many times no replies alr suddenly went silent .. is this a scam.. do resolve before I conclude.. my time chosen was 830 morning and now is 5 plus alr
