Ordered cake and flowers for my girlfriend and I emailed to request that it be kept a surprise as long as possible. However, when the deliveryman arrived at her place and she was not there, he called and told her that there was a cake and flower delivery for her from me. It would have been better if he had told her there was a delivery and not tell her what it was or who it was from unless she requested. The deliveryman's attitude was also rude as he appeared frustrated to have to deliver to a different address. The flowers were very beautiful, but the cake was the incorrect cake. I ordered a black forest, but the cake was not a black forest, nor did it resemble the pictures on the website. I'm disappointed because black forest is my girlfriend's favourite type of cake and she didn't enjoy the cake that was delivered. If you could re-send the correct cake or provide a refund for the cake that would be appreciated.
