ordered flowers to be sent to Xi An the night before Valentine's Day 2016. Got a receipt and everything. Online customer service claims the flowers will be sent by Vday. It's already 6pm and still my gf hasn't gotten any flowers. Customer service hotline is uncontactable, online live chat has zero response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Incredible service! Friendly, fast and efficient. For a busy holiday like Valentines Day, I would expect next day, not same day, but that is exactly what I got after order from the US. Actually my order was delivered in less than 12 hours from the time the order was placed, 1:12 am local time in China. I am very pleased. This is my second order and both have gone smoothly.

My wife told me there were lilies but there were no red roses... there were supposed to be 12 red roses and 3 lilies and since I did the deluxe package you were supposed to give her more flowers which you did not to....the first I have your company send flowers to my wife in March of 2015 every thing was good, but now this florist that you use in Yantai does not deliver the flowers I want for my wife../..

This was my fourth order through ChinaFlowers214. To be honest, I was unhappy with the previous three orders but persisted in placing orders with ChinaFlowers214. This delivery included seven red roses and five carnations all of which were almost dead. The order should have had 12 red roses and six carnation, and I paid a very high price for this product! I won't be ordering through ChinaFlowers214 again and will most certainly be telling all my contacts about this poor experience.
