The delivery was made in time. However, the following problems were found: 1. The 12 pink roses ordered WERE NOT included in the delivery 2. The vase is very small (such small vase should NOT be so expensive 3. Brocken flowers were included (at least 6-10 of them have no stem at all) We are so disappointed for your service. Please make correction or refunds as soon as possible.

My friend recently moved to China recently. We used to have a tradition where whenever she visited, I would get her flowers. I had been looking for a way to get her flowers while she was in China but was hesitant to try. After having read some recommendations of ChinaFlower214 on some expat and travelers website, I decided to try: either it would workout or it wouldn't. But I wouldn't know without trying right? Well I gave it a try and it worked out really well. My friend was so surprised and couldn't believe she was actually receiving flowers. I am also happy with the overall service including the live-chat feature where an agent re-assured me that the delivery was on its way. All in all, very happy and would use again!
