- Anch***Second time I have used chinaflower214 their customer service is impeccable they call you right away if they can't get ahold of the recipient so you can make other arrangements to get the delivery there, they are always on the ball and they still got the delivery there at the requested time. will use them again and again thank you
- keit***My friend sent me a photo of the beautiful flowers. She was very happy. And the service I got from C-Flower... was superb. I had to make a small change in the order and customer services responded immediately. I will be a repeat customer, certainly. Thank you.
- Mark***Delivered on time as usual, fresh flowers & present. Thanks!
- Konr***ordered flowers to be sent to Xi An the night before Valentine's Day 2016. Got a receipt and everything. Online customer service claims the flowers will be sent by Vday. It's already 6pm and still my gf hasn't gotten any flowers. Customer service hotline is uncontactable, online live chat has zero response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
