Customer Reviews
Even after a mess up with the ordering we were able to resolve the situation most amicably. She is very happy so I am very happy. Well done
- Grae***Love this website, and very thankful, she loved the cake 🎂 we are both very happy.
- Jay ***Delivery was managed in no time. Order was placed on Sunday 23 Jan late night in Bangkok, and flower was already on the receiver's desk before noon of Monday 24 Jan in Shanghai. Information and communication play vital role in keeping the customer at peace through the process of his purchase. The service was fast; the flowers were fresh; and, the whole package was fabulous.
- Apic***The bouquet I ordered was supposed to be heart shaped, but the actual one was just abnormal round bouquet. Other than that,it was all good. I wanted to give three stars because the shape was not as shown, but instead I give four because of prompt delivery and good service.
- Shir***The flowers were delivered a day early but that didn’t matter. Our daughter was delighted. Second time with this company and would definitely recommend them.
