This is my 5th time I have used this company and this time they have exceeded ALL expectations. I ordered Roses early for Valentines Day, fearing a rush. The roses were delivered beautifully but unbeknown to me the recipient was off work because of the virus (because she had travelled). So the roses were left at her work but she was not allowed back there for another week. Chinaflower214 then arranged for a replacement bunch of roses to be sent to her home the next day. THANK YOU ChinaFlower you are amazing and I will continue to use and recommend you. Fabulous customer service.

I ordered online and requested a rush delivery the same day even though my order was placed late in the day and the team at China Flower 214 managed to get it delivered to my girlfriend that evening.
