Love Bloom

I sent a flower gift for my sister in China. I bought it from outside of China and they were very fast and reliable. The flowers were nice and very similar to the photo. I requested in the morning and they sent it imidiately. Thanks

I have just given my client a hard time by delivering a job rather late and she had to stay in the office late because of me. It was only fair I should send her some flowers. I was a bit worried as I have never sent flowers to someone halfway around the world. However, you guys made it as easy as if it was a delivery next door. Judging by how happy she was with it, the bouquet must have been stunning. And the fact that you delivered within 8 hrs of my order just blows my mind. Thank you very much for your excellent service. You were instrumental in salvaging an important client relationship. I will most certainly use your service again if the occasion arises. Greetings from Germany Paul

I have placed two orders and both were delivered in a very timely manner and the flowers were well chosen and in good condition. I highly recommend CityFlower214 I also want to say that I had an issue with my account and contacted LiveChat. I was really surprised and impressed with the customer support person that I chatted with. I don't know if she was Chinese or another nationality, but her English was "native" and her comprehension of my problem and the speed with which she corrected it were impressive. I would say it was probably the most satisfying customer service experience I have ever had

Amazing selection & service. Plus, the online chat support was a lifesaver. Highly reccomend

I am very sad because by the time my friend received the flowers, they were in bad condition.

Excellent service. Thank you.

Did the delivery on time and was very happy 😃

Was sceptical about this service to begin with after finding it on Google. I tentatively placed an order, and it was delivered as promised the very next day within the agreed time. The recipient was very pleased, and I will be using this service again. 谢谢你们!

This was my first order with China Flowers 214. I was a bit skeptical but will definitely order again. Items were exactly as described and packaged as promises with very good delivery service. I will definitely be ordering again. The recipient was delighted.
