I am amazed- this kind of thing never happens in the USA. I ordered a gift basket this morning (Friday) to be delivered to my dad for Father's Day in China his time Saturday morning. I placed the order at around 11 am and at 10 pm (10 am in China on Saturday) the basket was delivered. My dad sent me some pictures and it looks exactly like the picture on the site. I am very impressed. Being able to process and fill my order in less than 12 hours is incredible. I am definitely using this site again. I used to use Graces Floral but they are so much more expensive for only slightly prettier designs.

This is my 5th time I have used this company and this time they have exceeded ALL expectations. I ordered Roses early for Valentines Day, fearing a rush. The roses were delivered beautifully but unbeknown to me the recipient was off work because of the virus (because she had travelled). So the roses were left at her work but she was not allowed back there for another week. Chinaflower214 then arranged for a replacement bunch of roses to be sent to her home the next day. For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
