Some of the roses were brown when they were delivered. They were in such bad shape that the delivery driver called the recipient to let her know that he picked up the flowers in this condition and they were not damaged during delivery. I understand that the flowers were delivered on 5/20 Valentines Day and demand is very high. But I also paid extra to have the delivered on this day. So, the expectation is the flower company would provide healthy flowers.

Hi.. the cake was advertised as a chocolate fruit cake. Yet the middle of the cake was a yellow mix. That is not a chocolate cake. My wife was very disappointed. Also the first slice of cake contained a long black hair from the baker I assume! I can show you a picture! Please refund the value of the cake! Otherwise .. the order was timely and the flowers were expected.

I can't rate this company highly enough. Flowers always delivered in fabulous order and on time.

The flowers didn’t look like the display and the bear was not delivered. My girlfriend was upset. The display said perfect love but it was a nightmare. Her response was I have a problem with the color and no bear like you promised! I didn’t know that you don’t send yellow flowers!! I just took the display said Perfect love!!!
