I was wondering where comes from "Romantic heart" and "Happy birthday". Would you please make a beautiful card for the information we left in the order and do not make a note on the paper instead? which doesn't show any respect for both way.

They said the delivery time it's not guaranteed and given previous experiences with other similar companies i was a bit skeptical. For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
