Pink Concern

I don't usually write bad reviews however I have felt the need to this time for future customers to be aware. I had recently ordered flowers for my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary. As we are in a long distance relationship, it was crucial for the flowers to be delivered perfectly as a surprise. Unfortunately, there were a couple of things that dissatisfied my surprise plan. Firstly, the card message that was supposedly have been sent with the flowers were undelivered. Secondly, I paid extra to add a white rose to the single red rose which was also nowhere to be seen. Lastly, when the flowers got delivered, the delivery man had revealed to my boyfriend asking where he could leave the rose as he was not at home at that time. It would have been better if they had not revealed what the delivery was for private reasons Due to the unsuccessful suprise event, the plan was ruined and I will not be recommending or buying flowers from here again.

Only one word to describe the service, 'Awesome'. Initially I was bit sceptic but thought of taking online risk as I am not from China. But they really got my trust with their commendable service. I ordered flowers & cake for my fiancé who was in Beijing for her birthday and she was so happy & surprised to see the whole package. Delivery as on time, flowers were fresh & packaging was really good. Thank you so much China Flower214 team.

I was wondering how to send a "thank you" to someone in China and found ChinaFlower214. I did not expect too much, but now I'm really excited about this flower delivery service! The price was fair and the delivery fast. The flower arrangement was very nicely and looked like made with love, even with a handwritten card. The little Teddy Bear was not of the ugly cheap kind, but was very cute. Sure I will use this service now again in the future, when ever I need to surprise someone in China - Thank!
