Our friend from Singapore is having an operation in Shanghai and we wanted to surprise her with a bouquet at the hospital. We were unsure which flower delivery service was legit but saw some good reviews about chinaflowers214. We decided to give it shot. The worst is we lose $60. If it works, our friend will feel better. Ordering was easy using PayPal. Order was placed around 4pm. Regular emails were sent updating status of order. By 6pm, I got an email that the order was processed. At 10am the next morning, my friend in shanghai messaged to asked if we sent her flowers. The delivery person at the hospital was asking for a passcode. That stumped us. We scrambled to find the passcode. Turned out the company sent a passcode to her phone and she was to use that for verification to receive the delivery. It's a good feature to ensure delivery, but it also dampened the "surprise" factor since we were in mini panic mode over the passcode in Singapore. Anyways, she sorted out the passcode, got flowers and was very happy. The photo of the bouquet she sent looked less bounteous than the one on the website, and we ordered the deluxe package. Think the regular one will be quite puny. My advice is to add more stalks to the bouquet if you want a truly big bouquet.

How do I start this? I am in total awe of ChinaFlower214. I live in the U.S. and come to Beijing quite often for business. I ended up meeting another foreigner that works at a local company. Valentines day was literally the day before (adjusting for time zone) so I Google for flower companies in Beijing. I was quite skeptical about the options but then I ran into ChinaFlower214 and saw some glowing reviews that looked credible so I gave it a shot. The prices were a bit steep but I realized -- dude you're getting flowers sent from from the other side of the planet. I provide the address, the name, and her phone number. The address for delivery ended up being wrong! Damn you Google. So they call her, and they verify her location. THE BEST PART: They didn't spoil the surprise, they played it smoothly. The delivery gentleman confirmed and made sure the flowers arrived at the lobby of her office. She was OVER THE MOON! I cannot thank ChinaFlower214 enough for being so damn professional. I will continue to use them for all occasions. I honestly was not expecting the delivery to happen due to the wrong address but they made good on their promise. I will certainly continue to recommend this to friends in Beijing! You guys rock #truestory

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter who happened to be in Xiamen on her 16th birthday for a study tour. Delivery didn't arrive on her actual birthdate but only because I was not able to give them the exact name of the building. 2nd attempt to deliver after two days. The flowers were lovely. Would still do business with them in the future.

The arrangement of rose with the teddy bear and chocolates were amazing. The cake was not only beautiful but also delicious. Thank you ! I will be ordering again for you.
