I have a relative in China who past away, so I sent flowers and chocolate to his wife. I live in the U.S.A. and ordered the flowers for delivery in China. We ordered in the early morning and it took about 5 hours before my relatives received it. They were pleased with the gift I sent. I ordered a strawberry cake for my girlfriend for her birthday but instead, a tomato cake was delivered. The customer service officer said that there are no strawberries during summer in China. I ordered the cake because my girlfriend likes strawberries and she was upset when she saw tomatoes. There should be a note to customers to inform that no strawberries are available. We wanted to return the cake and get a full refund but was not allowed to do so. It was a bad experience with chinaflower214.

For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.

Remind:
The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
