I have to give this company 5 out of 5 for their standards and performance.Today is Chinese valentines day,i didn't really know about it so i was panicking when i found out.It was already pass midday, I quickly came and ordered the flowers but on the order page there was a statement saying orders for the day have stopped even if you order now there is a chance it will not be delivered on this day but the following day.Knowing this i still had no choice better late than never. I sent the customer service an email asking them to please deliver it for me today,just trying my luck.They responded very quickly and told me they are processing the order and it will be delivered today.The ordered was then delivered within 3 hrs of me ordering.I am very impressed with the speed of delivery.I have used this company before but never on a tight deadline.This will be my go to company for flowers sent to china from now on.

Flowers were delivered to my daughter’s place of business but had NO NAME on the card. The receptionist had not way to know who they belonged to and were disposed of without my daughter even knowing until I asked about them.

I have placed two orders and both were delivered in a very timely manner and the flowers were well chosen and in good condition. I highly recommend CityFlower214 I also want to say that I had an issue with my account and contacted LiveChat. I was really surprised and impressed with the customer support person that I chatted with. I don't know if she was Chinese or another nationality, but her English was "native" and her comprehension of my problem and the speed with which she corrected it were impressive. I would say it was probably the most satisfying customer service experience I have ever had

I have just recently started using China flowers 214 to send flowers to my girlfriend in nantong. I love the fact that the quality is very good and that 214 gets the flowers to my sweetheart on time.
