Ordered from Europe at night before sleep, when waking up I already received the happy photos of the receiver! Great service, quality of flowers looks great! It was for Valentines Day, hence the shop charged a steep mark-up (around 50%), but might be a common thing in China I guess. Not too happy about that, would have preferred to order a larger flower set for the budget. But from perspective of quality and reliability, this service lived up to my expectations (or even exceeded it in terms of speed of delivery). Any time again - preferably not during major "flower days", which then makes the price all reasonable.

Valentine's day 2016.8.9) . The flowers arrived for my wife but they were already mostly dead, she had to refuse dekivery of them because they were if such poor quality. Have written several times to this company but no reply!

This is my 5th time I have used this company and this time they have exceeded ALL expectations. I ordered Roses early for Valentines Day, fearing a rush. The roses were delivered beautifully but unbeknown to me the recipient was off work because of the virus (because she had travelled). So the roses were left at her work but she was not allowed back there for another week. Chinaflower214 then arranged for a replacement bunch of roses to be sent to her home the next day. THANK YOU ChinaFlower you are amazing and I will continue to use and recommend you. Fabulous customer service.

I wanted to say a big thank you for delivering the flowers on time. My partner was very please with the flowers, it made his day and they made the fact that he was away from home on his birthday feel special and loved. Your delivery time was when it said it was, so that he was in the hotel when they arrived. Again, a big thank you. Omg... you guys totally ROCK. I ordered the flowers online...close to dinner time EST on Thursday . Received multiple Emails on updates. Receipt of order, receipt of PayPal pymt, then processing, and finally DELIVERY to my Mother in law in Shanghai on early FRIDAY MORNING. From shop opening to delivery.. prob 3.5 hours. So amazing!
