I have to give this company 5 out of 5 for their standards and performance.Today is Chinese valentines day,i didn't really know about it so i was panicking when i found out.It was already pass midday, I quickly came and ordered the flowers but on the order page there was a statement saying orders for the day have stopped even if you order now there is a chance it will not be delivered on this day but the following day.Knowing this i still had no choice better late than never. I sent the customer service an email asking them to please deliver it for me today,just trying my luck.They responded very quickly and told me they are processing the order and it will be delivered today.The ordered was then delivered within 3 hrs of me ordering.I am very impressed with the speed of delivery.I have used this company before but never on a tight deadline.This will be my go to company for flowers sent to china from now on.

I have used this delivery service 4 times in two different cities. I can't praise them enough. They are fast, and the flowers and cakes and packaging always looks like the photo! I am always impressed. This time I asked to change the roses from red to pink. And they did! It was perfect. And I have to say, there is something really fun about ordering a same day delivery in a country thousands of miles away from me. What a great world, and a great company.
