chinaflower214 service was excellent. I planned to have flowers delivered to my financee the day she returned from travel but I entered the wrong delivery date (a day too early) and she wasn't home to receive them. I contacted Chinaflower214 to see what they could do and they arranged for her to pick up the flowers the next day. I am very grateful for the service since the problem was my fault.

I placed the order a few hours before the delivery. It was delivered promptly. The roses were absolutely beautiful and fresh. Thanks.

This was my first time sending flowers to China. Ordering on the website was easy, I liked the email communication that told me my order was processing and another email when it was delivered. Delivery was timely and flowers were as ordered.
