I ordered for first time. Before i purchased a flowers i talked via Online Support to confirm that they can deliver flowers to a guest in a hotel. I have had hotel address in mainland China, guest name and her number. Roses was delivered within 4 hours after I paid, to a room of a recipient person. As mention on the system I input at same day delivery at 10am and she did received it on time too with fresh roses on.
