I am very happy with everything. I live in Australia and wanted to send a thank you gift to someone I worked with in China. It was very easy to do and the gift arrived safely and the receiver was extremely happy with the beautiful gift. Will definitely be using them again 😊

Whole process was very efficient. My daughter sent me pictures of the flowers and they are exactly as described, beautiful!. Thankfully when the delivery person called my daughter was with her Chinese speaking assistant so was able to have help with translation. Both she and I are delighted with the service and the flowers. We will definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone who would like to send flowers to friends or family in China. Hi, I made a mistake with this order and gave you the wrong address. However, I am surprised that your company said they delivered the flowers there, where the company had moved somewhere else in Shanghai. They could not have delivered it to a representative of the company. kind regards martin nilsson

I am very grateful for the care that was taken in preparing the flowers for my fiancee. I had been anxious because I ordered them from the UK but I needn't have worried! They looked even better than the photo on the website. There were more flowers than I ordered - red roses, wonderful fragranced lilies and two bears instead of one! They were wrapped in a long train like wedding flowers. The message was beautifully typed up and put in an attractive envelope. The courier drove from out of the district just to deliver this one order. It arrived on the same day. My fiancee loved them! Thank you Chinaflower 214!

I have probably over 20 orders through cf214 over the past three+ years. I have never had a negative experience. Delivery is always on time. Customer service is also great. If there is ever a change they are there with an immediate reply, even if it’s not considered “business hours” there at my hour here in the states. Wish American companies ran this well and cared about their customers patronage as much as cf214 does. Thanks!
