Indeed, it was really difficult to find my girlfriend for flower delivery in the industrial zone of Chinese suburbs where she occasionally had to celebrate her anniversary this year. And I was thousands miles away. First attempt was unsuccessful as she was not likely to answer the unknown chinese calls and her office was unaccessible for security reasons. I was well notified about the problem to deliver the flower arrangement and to get in touch with my girlfrind. However , I managed to organize a second attempt the same day successfully , making my girlfriend happy! I'm happy that chinaflower makes the flowers to arrive by any means!

Dear ChinaFlower214 Team, I ordered flowers in your shop 4 times over the last few months. So far I have been very happy with all my orders. The service is always good and fast and flowers were always delivered on the scheduled day (although sometimes earlier then requested). Most importantly my girlfriend seemed always very happy when she received the flowers. Unfortunately quality of shipped flowers was not always very good (as advertised). When talking to my girlfriend today she asked if I ordered in the same flower shop again, because some flowers are almost dead again. This was news to me, since she did not tell me about this before. So today she told me that all 4 times there were some or many almost dead flowers when she received them. Because my girlfriend did not want to badmouth my presents for her she only told me today. I would appreciate if you could take care of this issue in the future. Since I have been super happy with your service in general and since it is difficult to find a trustworthy online flower shop I am willing to give you another chance and will thus order with you once again on the next occasion.
