Customer Reviews
Very good to buy flower and very easy
- Hans***This is my very first transaction with chinaflower214 and i can honestly say that this is a really reliable website and trustworthy with constant support, online floral shop. They did everything to their best abilities for my bouquet to reach it's destination and that too same day delivery within 1-2 hour. Looking forward for more transaction.
- Emma***Receive the email indicated items delivered, but after checking with recipient, items was not delivered on 19 Aug 2015. Rather disappointed. Email should indicated correctly and not misled the customer.
- Boon***I got the refund for the missing Teddy Bear. I am disappointed with the services. It means a lot to my friend that she gets this Teddy Bear for her valentine's day.
- Sam ***I was a little scared of it being a scam, but fortunately it was just as promised. Not only the flowers but the delivery process. They called my recipient just to know about their availability, the delivery was the next day and it all went okay. Even the letter was written by hand. Just one thing. They have to add a label or something to the flowers so the recipient knows it is for them. My recipient had to call me because they went to pick it up in the reception, and the flowers were coveres by a bag (to protect them) so they didn't know who was it for.
- Zara***Excellent job, I look forward to doing buisness with China Flower Shop again. Thank you very much!
