Hello ChinaFlower214 Sales Team, Subject: Order No.: 2109120546356 to make things short, the flowers delivered very bad Quality. It was a big disappointment and my suggestion to ChinaFlower214 would be to change the flower shop vendor. The recipient Madam Wang Li Fen urged me, not to send flowers again. Personally I can not say if there would be a next time but I certainly will reconsider and influence my future action. The service around the order was good and the communication was also good. Hi, I made a mistake with this order and gave you the wrong address. However, I am surprised that your company said they delivered the flowers there, where the company had moved somewhere else in Shanghai. They could not have delivered it to a representative of the company. kind regards martin nilsson

Great service and delivery on point. Along the way you get infomails and a trackingnumber so you can look up the status of your order. Think I will use your service again.
