Red Feeling

This was our first experience with this company. We ordered a Birthday cake from US to be delivered to mainland China and got charged via PayPal right away. When we sent an email to their customer service at service@chinaflower214.com and sale@chinaflower214.com to update a deliver date and asked for a reply to confirm the receipt of our request, no response! We called their hotline 020 3696 2293 many times, no answer! We tried to communicate with them via their Live Chat, no response either! Never ever use this company again!!

Just wanted to say thanks for the good job on the delivery

I'm an American and speak no Chinese. The address and instructions I sent are in English and Chinese. I was not sure if I had enough information in English or Chinese to deliver the flowers to the correct address. As it turns out, the flower company and driver was able to correctly read and understand the instructions. Many, many, many thanks for you effort. My gf in GuangZhou loves the flowers. ed.

My wife loved the flowers and she was very happy. The flowers are really beautiful and I also appreciate the prompt service and excellent customer care. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I was expecting the attached message to come in a nice card but it came in an ordinary paper, if you can improve this, then it's 5 stars all the way.

I ordered a lucky bamboo as a New Year gift for a friend in Shanghai. The order was processed promptly and communications from the site were excellent. The plant itself was huge. From the photo I’d guess it was 4-5 feet tall. A really beautiful plant. This was my third time using Chinaflower214. I have been very pleased with their service.
